This is a small heart shaped pendant with a round diamond and emerald ( both are natural) each set in 4 prong heads and comes with a 16" thin twisted serpentine necklace.

Emerald is approximately 3mm (approximately 1/10th carat)  and has nice color and diamond is a 1 point

Pendant is hallmarked on the back  of bail 14k as well as the the spring ring clasp

Gold weighs approximately  1.6 grams
