Atlas 10" & 12" Metal Lathe Carriage Compound Crossslide Chip Guard Cover XXL.

The original Atlas Craftsman crosslide chip cover doesn't cover the screw when in certain positions causing crud to get into the screw and ways.  This part is carefully modeled to have the same look as the original part but extends the surface out to protect the screw at all positions.  It uses the stock screw from the original cover.

This part is printed in durable grey plastic and will last many years with basic care.  It can be sanded and painted to match your lathe and look like factory.

The pictures show the XXL cover part mounted.  The other parts in the picture are NOT included.  The original part shown is NOT included and shows the way chips get on your screw!!!
