Art Glass Fan Shaped Napkin Holder

This looks a lot like Fenton silver crest, however I cannot find confirmation.

Also see a fair number of Italian pieces that are similar but not the same...

Regardless, this is a beautiful piece in Mint Condition.

Measures approx. 5 7/8"h. Base is 3 1/2" diam. Bottom of fan is 6 3/4"l x 1"w.

The fan is milk glass with a clear edge (silver crest) and has a swirl of green in the milk glass.
