Selling & Shipping Terms

Payment

Payment is generally required within 3 days of purchase.  If you do not intend to Buy then PLEASE DO NOT BID.  Feel free to ask any questions prior to bidding.

Shipping 

Postage will be calculated according to the Australia Post Calculator or a local Courier Service depending on which is more cost efficient. Please be advised that most services apply the Cubing Rule to parcels and while your purchase may be light it may cube out at a higher weight. Combining postage on multiple items is always advisable for better cost effectiveness. If you have access to other freight rates please advise us and we will endeavour to assist the transport of goods with your preferred supplier.

We regularly travel to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Caboulture and would be happy to deliver between Toowoomba and here for a small fee. This would be particularly suited for larger orders . Please contact for further information

A $3.00 charge per order is charged to cover the cost of packaging including bubble wrap and secure packaging to ensure your purchased item arrives safely. We have a nearly perfect survival rate.

Return Policy 

Our Return Policy is designed to ensure you as our valued customer get the high quality of goods you purchase without breakage.  We work on a Replacement basis for ALL returns and it is important that you can provide us with the evidence we then need to challenge our shipping agent in order to reclaim some of our costs.  Claims should be notified within 24 hours of you taking delivery and if delivered by courier please check before signing you have received them in good condition.
