Delivery

Items are dispatched within three working days of payment.  All items are sent with a secure signature on delivery service.  We will always use the address you have on file with eBay, unless we are advised otherwise in advance.  A message will be sent to you to confirm once your item has been dispatched.

Garment Care and Packaging

All items are quality checked and professionally steamed, where applicable, before dispatch. Items are carefully packed in acid-free tissue paper and posted in boxes or padded envelopes for protection.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will deal with all queries on an individual basis. We hope that you will be very pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your item(s) then we will happily offer a full refund. Unfortunately we are not able to offer an exchange or partial refund.

In order to receive a refund

UK / EU Countries:

01. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will contact you to let you know the address for returns.

02. The item(s) must be returned to us unworn and in the exact condition in which they were received with all tags still attached.

03. All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging.

04. All items must be returned to us within seven days of receipt.

05. We will then contact you to confirm that the item has been received and that a refund has been issued. 

Non-EU Countries:

01. Please follow the steps above. However, in addition, please clearly write the following text on the front of the parcel and customs label: ‘Returned Goods – VAT Number GB 940136059’
