These are used in good reusable condition the Chrome is in fairly decent shape there's some little scratches here and there but no major damage good reusable parts if you want your motorcycle to look the period and you don't need super shiny new stuff the foam or rubber I should say because it's actually rubber that comes through is in pretty nice shape too a little worn down but still plenty of life left on these one is for the throttle side tube the throttle tube is not in it and the other one is just for your regular handlebar these came in a box of shovelhead parts
