This module has 4 connector pins -- 1 pin on one side, 3 pins on the other side.  See 2nd photo.  TAKE YOUR MODULE OUT AND MATCH IT UP WITH THESE PHOTOS, BE SURE YOURS IS THE SAME BEFORE YOU ORDER!  (Common sense!)

You are buying 1 original Corvette Blower Control Module, new-old-stock.   I believe the years that it fits is 1986-1996 Corvette, but see photos and make sure yours is the same.  The date codes on the module do not need to be the same, but the connectors need to look the same as yours.
