    We promise all products are in brand new condition. Any shortages should be informed within 3 days. A 15% charge will be deducted from the sale price to cover the administration and relisting charges.

    We do 5 years warranty for frame, 1 year for parts expect tyres, tubes, brake pads and chain, and do not cover damage due to abuse, accident or neglect. Please contact to us if you have question.
