Please note:

1. Since the phone case will affect the wireless charging efficiency, we recommend that you use a phone case with a thickness of 3 mm or less.

2. Please use the high-power fast-charge cigarette lighter to charge the bracket. Do not use the car's own USB interface, because the car USB interface voltage is too low to support wireless charging.

3.Due to iOS system limitations, this item supports 5W/7.5W wireless charging power for iPhone.

Troubleshooting:

1. Why isn't wireless charging working?

• Please double check your phone if it supports wireless charging.
• Ensure the phone is aligned with the wireless charging 
• If a phone case is being used, please make sure it is not too thick. Check to see if it works without the case.
• Check the connection on the phone mount and the USB interface to ensure it is properly connected.

2. My phone isn't fitting on the mount, how do I change the size of the mount?

• Adjust the height of the base of the mount according to the wireless charging induction area of the mobile device. There are 5 levels of adjustment. If your phone is not in the listing, please test all 5 levels to find the appropriate height, and then fix the height.
