(Americana, New York City, Manhattan, Empire State Building, Travel, Tourism, Souvenir Items, Vinyl Records).

Souvenir from Empire State Observatory.
Published c. 1945-50's, United States, likely New York city.
1 small vinyl record in original mailing envelope. Text in English.

Publisher's paper mailing envelope, cardboard sleeve and record. All appear nearly as when issued aside from minor spotting or toning.

Curious likely post WW II era NYC Empire State Building tourist souvenir intended to be mailed through the post office carrying a voice message recorded presumably within the observatory at the summit of the building.

Item is old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.

Paper covers age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall clean and attractive as a fragile survival.

Text block paper is toned, signs of handling, small scattered spotting, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. The scarce pamphlet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.

Please review photos for more detail and our best attempt to convey how this vintage tourist sound souvenir survives.
