This is a small oval bowl made by The Grindley Hotel Ware Co, England. It is part of the Duraline range that was first produced in the 1930s - this bowl has a datestamp for 1959. It measures approximately 15cm x 11cm in diameter and 3cm deep.  It is in excellent condition with no crazing chips or cracks. Gibson & Paterson was an importing company who started out in New Zealand in 1906, and opened offices in Sydney and Brisbane in 1913. They were acquired by Ceramco in 1968
