*Under normal circumstances All items ship out within 24 Hours of payment received & posted. -Monday thru Friday - NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS, unless otherwise indicated in listing.
*All items weighing 16 oz or under will ship First Class Mail with Delivery Tracking Confirmation unless other arrangements are made between the Buyer and Seller OR otherwise noted in the Listing.
*Books that weigh over 13 oz ship via USPS Media Mail with Delivery Tracking Confirmation unless otherwise noted in the listing.
*All items weighing over 16 oz will ship Insured USPS Priority or Parcel Post Mail with Delivery Tracking Confirmation - unless other arrangement are made between the Buyer and Seller OR otherwise noted in the listing.
*Shipping Insurance against loss or damage is NOT included in shipping rates quoted on First Class, Parcel Post or Media Mail, but may be purchased separately. Please notify seller immediately after winning the auction and prior to making payment, if insurance is desired. Uninsured items are shipped at buyers risk. Seller will not be held responsible for any postal error, such as loss, theft, damage or breakage. Packages shipped by Priority Mail are insured for up to $50 by the Post Office.

FEEDBACK
Due to the increasing number of Buyers NOT Leaving Feedback, we feel it has become necessary for us to change our policy for leaving Feedback for the Buyer. In the past we have made every effort to leave feedback as soon as payment is made, we will now leave feedback at the completion of the transaction. A transaction is considered complete, once the Buyer has left us feedback letting us know the item has arrived safely.
Please remember to leave Positive Feedback if you are satisfied with your purchase and we will do the same. As we all know, feedback is important to both the buyer and seller. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any part of this transaction, please contact us prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback or opening a case against us, so we can attempt to resolve any issues.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All items (NEW or USED) are inspected before shipping. If there is a flaw of any sort, it will be noted in the description. I make every effort possible to describe my items in detail and provide pictures from all angles so you can see exactly what you are purchasing. All measurements are approximate ( but as close to exact as I can get). I strive to give the most accurate description of signs of use and / or damage, if any. But please keep in mind that items that are not new have either been on display or used to some extent.
Please review pictures and email me with questions before purchasing. I am available to answer any questions you may have about any item I am selling and will provide answers and more pictures if needed. New items are removed from the box, bag, etc for inspection and photos, unless Factory Sealed. If an item is Factory Sealed, I do not break that seal and it will come to you still Factory Sealed. Unfortunately, Due to the few buyers out there who try to get free merchandise by making false claims, it has become necessary to add that all "auctions are sold as is". Even though items are sold in "as is" condition, I take pride in providing an accurate description including flaws or wear due to age, as well as multiple clear photos. If you have any questions, please ask. I am grateful for all the wonderful and honest buyers out there and thank you for your business.
In the event you receive anything in less than the described condition; please email me within 2 days of receipt and before leaving feedback. Allow me the opportunity to resolve the issue amicably as your trust and satisfaction is my concern.
RETURN POLICY - If Applicable
Returns are time consuming and costly to both the Buyer and the Seller. I would never intentionally offer you something that is not as described or is defective.Therefore, returns will be accepted if the item is not as described in the listing. If you wish to return an item, you must contact me within 24hrs of receipt of the item.
The entire unused item(s) including all accessories and original packaging must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. We will make a full refund (less postage). If item was listed with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage, as stated in EBAY policy for returning an item. We recommend item be returned via recorded delivery (ex: Delivery Confirmation) as we are not responsible for goods that go missing during transit. Also, Ebay and Paypal have charged seller's fees which will need to be refunded. After the sale has been canceled by the seller, the buyer will need to reply back to Ebay that the item is being returned for a refund and agrees to cancel the sale.
Clothing returns must be unworn, tags still attached (if NWT) and free from any smoke or cologne odors. New Items must be returned unused and if they were Factory Sealed - must still be Factory Sealed. Otherwise, only a partial refund will be given.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact your local postal service or respective courier directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must also be reported as a claim to the postal service or respective courier.
