Waltham 14k gold wrist watch - for Repair or parts.

This Watch was in my families estate.  I do not know the model or year, I am guessing in the 1930's.  It is 14 KT gold-filled.  Missing glass and wrist band.  The right side knob does not work.
 
Inscriptions are:
1. WALTHAM on the face
2. E S S on back is one of my relatives but not sure which one  The last 'S' is for SADLAK.  Polish last name.
3, GOLD FILLED on back on each side of wrist band.
4. GENCO on back also on each side of wrist band below "gold Filled" near the connection for the remaining wrist band (missing).

Inside Inscriptions are:
1. WALTHAM U.S.A. on mechanism
2. SEVEN JEWELS on mechanism
3. 25 384226 on mechanism
4. On inside lid, the following:
S.W.C.CO
14 KT GOLD FILLED
25 YEARS
