For most UK postcodes, we aim to deliver all orders within 15 working days from the date of purchase.

If you prefer to return the item by your means, please note the return cost will not be refunded. Please note, the mattress protector you return must be in the same condition you received it.
How long does the refund take?

How do I wash my Mattress Protector ?
We recommend you wash in a cool tumble dry and wash with similar colours to that of the protector. We also suggest you do not wash with biological/enzyme containing detergents
What Mattress should I put my Protector on?
Our Protectors are designed to work on any supportive and dedicated mattress however we recommend our mattresses for the perfect nights sleep.
1 - If Simba decides that you may receive a replacement Protector, the replacement will be delivered to you by our standard delivery method at no cost to you within 30 days of your claim being accepted.
2 - Simba will either collect the faulty Protector upon delivery of the replacement, provided the collection address is in the country of purchase, or if agreed, arrange for you to return the Protector to us.
