Items offered for sale are vintage, pre-owned, and used (unless otherwise indicated).  Because of the vintage nature of our items, varying levels of wear from age and use is expected and accepted.  Clients are responsible for satisfying themselves concerning condition prior to bidding and are welcome to ask additional specific questions about the item, request additional photos, or request an appointment for inspection (if local).  While all effort is given to describe the item, the description should still be strictly regarded as an opinion only, with no warranty given nor implied against error or omission.  Pictures are taken for illustration purpose, colors will vary according to the lighting of the room and its surroundings.  This item is sold as-found, as-is, final sale. 

All payments are due within 3 days of winning auctions or purchasing items. 

In the event an item arrives to you damaged, please notify me of such damage within 7 days of receipt of the item.  The notice must be in writing and must include pictures of the damage of the item.
