AEM's Wideband UEGO (Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen, ausgesprochen "You-Way-Go") Controller sind leistungsstarke, kostengünstige Tuning-Werkzeuge, die es Benutzern ermöglichen, das Luft-Kraftstoff-Verhältnis (AFR) ihres Motors genau zu überwachen.

 

WARUM EINEN BREITBAND-LUFT/KRAFTSTOFF-REGELGERÄT VERWENDEN?

 

Genaue AFR-Daten sind entscheidend beim Abstimmen eines Motors. Ein zu fettes Gemisch (sehr niedriges Luft-Kraftstoff-Verhältnis, übermäßiger Kraftstoff) kann zu Leistungsverlust führen, während ein zu mageres Gemisch (sehr hohes Luft-Kraftstoff-Verhältnis, nicht genügend Kraftstoff) zu ernsthaften Motorschäden führen kann. Die Verwendung eines Breitband-Luft-Kraftstoff-Controllers während des Abstimmungsprozesses ermöglicht es Ihnen, AFR zu überwachen und Abstimmungsparameter anzupassen, um sie für maximale Leistung und Effizienz zu optimieren. AEM bietet eine umfassende Palette von hochgenauen, zuverlässigen Breitband-Luft-Kraftstoff-Controllern, die dazu beitragen können, dass Ihr Fahrzeug optimal abgestimmt ist.

 

WAS IST FREE-AIR KALIBRIERUNG?

 

Einige unserer Konkurrenten verlangen, dass Sie regelmäßig eine Freiluftkalibrierungsprozedur durchführen, um ihre O2-Sensoren zu kalibrieren. Dieser Prozess beinhaltet das Entfernen des Sensors aus der Aufnahme, während er immer noch mit dem Steuergerät verbunden ist, und dann das Schwenken des Sensors in der Luft, damit er atmosphärische O2-Werte lesen kann. Wir verwenden Bosch 4.9 LSU Sensoren in unseren Breitbandsteuergeräten. Unsere Sensoren werden individuell im Labor von Bosch kalibriert und erfordern niemals eine Freiluftkalibrierung!

KANN ICH DEN STECKER DES AEM UEGO SENSORS ÄNDERN?

 

Nein. Es gibt einen lasergravierten, kalibrierten Widerstand im Steckergehäuse des Sensors. Dieser Widerstand wurde speziell für den genauen Sensor, an den er angeschlossen ist, erstellt. Eine Änderung daran würde die Ausgabe des Sensors ungültig machen.

 

SCHLÜSSELMERKMALE

 

Unser weltberühmtes Wideband O2 Luft-Kraftstoff-Verhältnis UEGO-Messgerät verfügt über eine digitale LED-Anzeige und einen schwenkbaren LED-"Zeiger", der die Farbe ändert, wenn das AFR von fett zu mager wechselt. Ein 52mm (2-1/16") Messgerätgehäuse stellt sicher, dass es in die meisten Messgeräte-Pods passt und praktisch überall fernmontiert werden kann. Alle AEM-Digitalmessgeräte verfügen über einen 0-5V Analogausgang zur Verwendung mit Datenloggern und nahezu jedem Motorsteuerungssystem. Jedes Messgerät wird mit schwarzen und silbernen Lünetten sowie schwarzen und weißen Frontplatten für verschiedene Farbkombinationen und ein individuelles Aussehen geliefert (eine schwarze Lambda-Frontplatte und schwarze und weiße Luft-Kraftstoff-Verhältnis-Frontplatten).

Der Bosch UEGO-Sensor gibt dem Controller seine Geschwindigkeit und Genauigkeit. Der Bosch 4.9 LSU-Sensor, der im 30-4110 AEM Wideband UEGO AFR Controller Gauge verwendet wird, hat eine schnellere Aufwärmzeit und einen geringeren Stromverbrauch als der 4.2 LSU-Sensor, der mit AEMs 30-4100 Wideband UEGO Controller Gauge verwendet wird, der im August 2014 durch das 30-4110 Gauge ersetzt wird. Der 4.9 LSU-Sensor verfügt über die gleiche Kraftstoffkompatibilität wie der 4.2 LSU und erfordert NIE eine Freiluftkalibrierung, wenn er mit AEMs 30-4110 Wideband UEGO AFR Gauge verwendet wird. Der 4.9 LSU-Sensor des 30-4110 verwendet einen anderen Stecker als der Stecker, der bei den 4.2 LSU-Sensoren des originalen 30-4100 Gauge Controllers verwendet wird. Die Sensoren sind in keiner Weise austauschbar zwischen den beiden Gauge Controllern, einschließlich des Austauschs der Stecker an den Messgeräten.

All payment processes are completely safe and at no stage sensitive information is kept in any record or any third party records other than Paypal or Eurobank database which handle our online transactions.

GENERAL INFORMATION

We ship the orders as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, for items in stock we usually process and ship them the same day if the order is placed before 12am local time otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. If the dispatch time is different than the usual, you will be notified via email or via phone. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.

In case your order is not in stock we will give you an estimated shipping time by a follow-up email.

As a shipping service we use the “UPS Standard service”. We ship all orders with a tracking number and signed for. For customers that need their parts urgently we offer DHL Express Courier Service. UPS and DHL are using their global network to deliver on time for your needs the products ordered. This service is optional and it comes with an extra charge.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction but due to the nature of our products, it is common that the customer's expectations might not fulfill because of the lack of the physical contact with the purchased item or due to technical specifications. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Racedom within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. All items should be returned with a valid Racedom RMA number that you must ask prior to the shipping of the product. RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We would like our customers to feel more secure when buying online. Thus, we offer the option to our customers to return even non defective products. Especially, for the 30 first calendar days from the date you received your order, the customer may return the product for exchange or refund.

The returned product should be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Specifically,the returned product must not have been opened (except for the test of course), be scratched, broken, painted or packed intact. The item must have its original box. The customer must bare the delivery cost of the return of the product/order. The return of a non-defective product can only be done once.

If a similar product is not available,the amount of the purchase of the product is credited to the client. This credit balance can be used in any new order for the customer wishes. The customer may request a refund for the amount credited. All claims do not include delivery costs (to and from the client).

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY

Racedom will repair or replace a defective product within the first two years from the date you purchased your product for free. The shipping fees for returning the item are paid by the customer and the cost for resending the item back to the customer is paid by Racedom. In case the product is out of the warranty period Racedom charges inspection fees 45 €.

 

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Purchases that were processed with currency other than € will be refunded with the current exchange rate.

Notes

  • Did you forget your RMA Number or did you ship the item back to us without it? There is nothing to worry about. Please contact us and tell us about your case. This will not affect the warranty of the product or the refund.
  • Items that cover on warranty will be send back to manufacturer for inspection and replacement. The replacement time is up to the manufacturer.
