Toby Jug. Brown tricorn hat, green coat with yellow vest and stockings. He appears to be holding his tankard of ale. This little guy has quite the pleasant face! He has no chips or cracks that I can see. He is marked "Toby" by Wood & Sons England. There is also what looks to be a No 4 stamp.
