Up for sale here is this vintage Sorensen MMS 5-1.00 DC Power Supply, with mounting plate.  This is in good shape with light overall wear, but the 6 wire terminals are all bent against the body.  I don't know how safe it is to bend them back--they might snap, but you could probably do it safely.  This is guaranteed to work.  Please see my pictures for details.
