We will only deliver to your eBay registered address, ensure your registered address is correct before buying or bidding. Undelivered packages due to wrong or incorrect address provide by buyer, the responsibility of related shipping cost , such as re-shipping, returning cost will be taken by buyer.

We understand a return item should be processed quickly, If you found the ordered item has problem due to defectiveness, quality problem, wrong size, wrong model, we would be glad to have more information such as photo, reference number or mailing label for our prompt follow up action.

Seller will pay cost of return and re-delivery if delivered wrong item to buyer. Buyer need to pay the cost of return and re-delivery if the reasons of return is / are:

 1. Buyer ordered a wrong size or wrong style / model.

 2. Buyer request to change a different size or color.

 a. Buyer shall return the item with all the original packing materials including box, tag and accessories to us.

b. After receiving and verifying the returned item, seller will proceed re-deliver or refund process to buyer.

c. For free shipping items, if buyer want to return the item due to "wrong size or wrong model is ordered", buyer may be required to pay the cost of postage. That means seller will refund the item price after deducting the seller's postage incurred.

 We reserve the right to reject a return or an exchange, if we find the item has been used, worn or not original condition & package.
