For certain items that are bulky or high value (such as Apple, MSI or Gigabyte) we will be using courier services that will be selected at our discretion. If you are not there at the time of delivery, you can organize a redelivery better suited to you by contacting the courier directly, or let us know and we can arrange a redelivery on your behalf if you can give us 2-3 business days of continuous availability. There may be additional charges for a redirection to another address (this will be quoted to you for approval before it is arranged). If the courier attempts redelivery multiple times and you cannot receive the item then you can arrange for a pickup at the nearest couriers depot, otherwise if the item is returned to sender then we will provide you a refund of your item minus the shipping cost. We cannot provide authority to leave item on premises as all deliveries require a receiver's signature as a proof of delivery.
The couriers we select cannot deliver bulky and heavy, or high value items (e.g. monitors and certain laptops) to the following addresses (as they are solely owned by Australia Post and cannot cater for external courier parties):

- Typical delivery times for Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas are 1-5 business days after the courier picks up the item. Outside of the mentioned areas may take up to 2-10 business days.
