Shipping/Packaging: Apparel is shipped in polymer mailers. Adult shoes are shipped in either a USPS padded bubble envelope or a USPS Priority Mail shoe box or larger box. Arrives in 2-3 days in US. Children shoes are shipped in polymer mailer. Shipping for all International purchases through Ebay’s Global Shipping program. I offer free shipping if in the US.

Handling Time is usually one business day.  Items purchased by 12:00 noon CST will usually be shipped the same day.

Payment: I only accept payment through Ebay. Immediate payment required before shipping. Auction, Payment required within 48 hours

Returns/Refunds: Hassle free returns if within 30 days.  Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging if possible.  Buyer pays return shipping.

All shoes are inspected before shipping to match the listed description: listed size, new-authentic-unworn shoe in excellent condition with no wear.  Any return based upon a discrepancy with any part of the previous description is unwarranted and has no legitimate grounds for a return.
