We ship orders to eBay and/or Paypal verified addresses - it is understood not all addresses can be confirmed via postal or payment gateways systems. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped the Same Day or 24 hours from the time of payment confirmation. Order cut-off time is 3:00 PM CST for the Same Day handling & processing.

We will send out shipping confirmation via email when all or part of your order is shipped. A confirmation email will also include requested or designated Carrier Tracking # for your convenience. Orders with multiple merchandise items may ship in more than 1 packages. These packages may ship at different times. Shipping confirmation email will notify you of such packages with tracking information.
Our goal is to complete your order within 24 hours from the time order was placed with us. If for some reason you like to cancel the order, you have 4-hour windows from the time order was placed to send us your Cancellation.
Our site will prevent you from ordering merchandise that is Out of Stock. In an event, unforeseen reason, you are able to place an order on Out of Stock merchandise. We will notify you via email with options to either cancel or wait for merchandise to become available in stock.
Merchandise sold as ‘Closeout’ and/or ‘Final Sale’ does not qualified for return or an exchange.
For merchandise that arrives as damaged or defective or not as described, you have 5 business days from the date of delivery to contact us for a replacement. We like to think your money is far more valuable than letting a problem merchandise sit for more than the allotted time. We suggest you take pictures of a defective or damaged or not as described merchandise with the packing material prior to contacting us. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For merchandise other than damaged or defective or not as described, you have 30 business days from the date of order to contact us and qualify for a return or an exchange. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. One Exchange is permitted per order for the same style in a different size. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Unless merchandise was shipped in an error.
Return Authorization (RMA or RA) is required for us to accept a return or an exchange. Please contact us for RMA before sending an item back for a return or an Exchange. You will have 14 business days from the RMA issue date to return the merchandise for a refund or an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying all the return shipping costs for merchandise that needs a refund or an exchange. Initial order shipping costs are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for merchandise that is lost or not received by us. We encourage you to use return shipping service that provides tracking # and an ability to insure the merchandise.
Once return merchandise is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify of approval or rejection of your the return for a refund or an exchange based on the aforementioned criteria. If for return merchandise is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued back to your original method of payment within 7 - 10 business days.
New merchandise will not be shipped out until for exchange merchandise is received by us. If the timeline does not suit your needs, you can always order a new merchandise and request Return & Refund for the one on hand.
