This interface was created in order to speak with 2way handy Radio user on floor

and 2wire intercom user on desk.

To use this small box,  connect 3pin XLR with 2wire station or bodypack.

and then connect mini 4pin XLR option cable with 2way Radio spk, mic jack.

I want to introduce this small stuff  for someone who need it.

Auto PTT by detected DC voltage Call Signal of Cc type compatible 2wire intercom.

Can NOT be detected 20khz call signaling.

Send(Tx) / Receive(Rx) Volume Control between 2wire intercom and 2way Radio.

Compatible Motorola / Kenwood Type Radio.

Green/Red indicator LED.

Small size, light and easy to take.

This is active power interface , used from intercom +24 ~ 30 DC voltage power.

Green Led light notify that 2-wire intercom power status.

PTT ON by Push "Call" button of 2w bodypack to talk to Radio user(SEND).

- Red Led light ON when talking to Radio user by push Call button (+3, +12, +23vdc ) of intercom.

For speaking, Press and hold Call button on main station or bodypack.

- if Call on Talk 'ON', you have to Momentary talk switch to 'ON'  on Cc main-station.

- Check Buzzer volume MUTE

Tx volume control 2-wire intercom voice on Radio speaker.

- Use SEND Volume control, using phillips #00 PH+, -  screwdriver , listen to radio

Rx volume control voice of Radio user on 2-wire intercom headset.

- Use RCV Volume control, 15mm Knob, listen to intercom headset

Radio type by select slide switch position.

- Motorola type is Left side

- Kenwood type is Right side

3pin XLR is connected to wet 2-wire intercom.

- from 2-wire intercom main station or bodypack

4pin mini XLR male is connected to 2-way Radio cable.

- Mic, Spk 2pin connector cable of radio
