Handling Time - Our handling time is set to THREE BUSINESS DAYS. We ship packages Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Shipping - Please don't forget to include the shipping cost when bidding. We ship USPS and UPS depending on cost. Typically will be shipped through USPS First & Priority, and Media Mail. Larger and heavier items like artwork or packages exceeding 12" in length will be shipped UPS.
Combined Invoices - We will combine shipping if purchases can be safely combined. Combined invoices are sent Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Tax - Sales tax is collected based on your state by ebay.
PAYMENT
Payment - Payment is expected at the close of auction unless an agreement is made prior to auction close.
Non-Paying Bidders - Unpaid item cases are opened after two days of non-payment. Non-paying bidders are blocked from future transactions.
Cancelled Transactions - If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale, they will be blocked from future transactions.
BIDDING
Retracting Bids - Bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of Ebay. If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions.
Shill Bidding - If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported to Ebay.
CORRESPONDENCE
At this time, we are only able to respond to messages as they relate to Ebay transactions. We can not respond to requests for identification, appraisal, or business inquiries.
