We ship to UK Mainland only. We offer FREE delivery to buyers on all our eBay listings. Please check listings for accurate delivery times.

All orders are shipped out within 1 business day of receiving your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and up-to-date during checkout as we are not able to change a shipping address.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help at ZiNG Supplies.

RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please use the eBay official returns process.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM
The buyer is responsible for packing and postage if the item(s) to be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, fit for resale and in the same condition that you received it. When returning your item, please also include your receipt or proof of purchase, a brief explanation why you are returning it, the eBay returns number/order number/returns slip and your eBay username.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any return shipping costs borne by ZiNG Supplies will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The refund will be paid back to the same method used as the original payment used during checkout. Please note there may be a time delay depending on your original payment gateway. policies.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you.
