Parcel Select/Media Mail is the shipping that’s included for free. If you would like it faster, you will have to choose a faster option and pay accordingly. Also note that I ship, if not the same day, the next BUSINESS day (it depends on whether or not I receive payment before I leave for work). I try to ship on Saturdays if I can, but I live in a rural area and the post office’s hours are very short on Saturday. 

I expect payment within two calendar days of the auction ending/sale date. If not received by then, I will open an unpaid item case on eBay, as I've been having issues lately with people buying and then never paying for items.
