Shipping

This is a heavy item shipped in 1 to 5 cartons depending on the model, weights range from 30kg to 100kg+,  we use a 1 day service with APC and you will receive tracking via email. You will receive a tracking number when the item ships. Please only order the item if you know you will be home, the carrier does require a signature upon delivery. For items ordered before 2pm the order will be processed and shipped that day for items ordered after 2pm APC will be booked to collect the item on the next working day.

Note: We sell additional roof covers in the listing but it is recomended that you always remove all roof covers in windy weather. The runs can withstand high winds but the roof covers can act like a kite in high winds and if not removed damage may occur to the metal frame.
