Low Impedance Capability - Each amplifier is 4-ohm rated. This means two pair of 8-ohm speakers can be driven safely in each zone.

Auto Protection - Each channel is protected separately if a short or very low impedance is detected at the speaker terminals. Operation is restored after the short is removed.

 Equipment Refurbishing Process

Fully tested for functionality and repairs are performed if necessary.
Cleaned both internally and externally.
Missing or broken parts are replaced.

  Cosmetic Condition

Differs for each component. Most are used and thus will have normal signs of installation, handling, and use.  Scratches, particularly on the top cover and/or sides are typical.  Any significant abnormalities will be noted in the listing. Grading the condition of equipment is quite subjective. We therefore take numerous zoom-able pictures of the component from all sides.  This is the best way for you to access the physical condition of the component. 

 Shipping

We take great care in professionally packaging all of our equipment. We ship via UPS or Fedex to the continental US only. We do not ship internationally. Equipment is packed prior to listing, so most orders usually ship within one business day.  All shipments are insured and most will require a signature upon delivery.       

 Returns

We gladly accept returns and provide a 30 day return policy. Many of the items we sell are quite heavy, thus packaging and shipping can be costly. Therefore we urge you to determine whether the component is appropriate for your needs prior to purchasing. Shipping charges are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.  We record serial numbers and internally mark our units to discourage fraudulent buyers from purchasing equipment from us for the purpose of returning a similar non-functioning unit.   

 Issues

Our first priority is always the satisfaction of our customers.  We are happy to answer any questions you may both before and after your purchase.  This includes questions about the installation and configuration of the unit. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please just let us know and we will do what is necessary to insure that you are satisfied.

We generally have only a subset of our equipment for sale listed.  If you are looking for something that you do not see listed feel free to ask.  We also often have multiples or variations of one type of unit - so we may be able to help if you require something specific or more than one. We may also have accessories for a unit (rack ears, additional cards, keypads, bridging modules, etc...) that may or may not be listed.
