We know you will be anxious to receive your frame and we will begin working on it once we receive your order. We will not be able to cancel the order once it is in process.

SHIPPING POLICY
We are not responsible for the package after it leaves our shop for shipping. If your package tracking says "delivered" and you don't have it, please wait an additional two to three days to see if it shows up. If it does not, please contact your local post office ASAP.
If you have damage to your frame please contact us within 14 days with pictures of the damage including any broken glass, damage to products AND pictures of the box. We will then be able to come up with an appropriate solution to replace the damage.

What are the frames made of?
All of our picture frames are handmade of solid Hardwood. We use a stain to achieve the beautiful colored finish. The insert itself is made of a special board specifically made to resist warping.
Do the frames come in different stains or finishes?
We currently offer black, cherry/mahogany and white
How do I attach the picture to the frame?
We recommend using a scotch tape to secure your photos to the insert. Simply use the template that is provided and cut the wallet size photo and then center behind the mat and tape.
