D-Link 48-port managed Ethernet switch, with two 10GbE ports.

Removed from service with a local company, stored a while.  Recently booted and logged into to verify condition.  Works fine.  Fans are kind of loud.

Includes 48 Gigabit ports -- 44 are twisted pair (RJ-45,) while the remaining 4 are optionally either RJ-45 or SFP.   Note that these are still Gigabit ports.  The switch also has two expansion modules, currently populated with DEM-411T cards, which each provide one 10Gb CX4 port.

Includes rack ears (and I guess it is light enough to be mounted solely by the ears, although I'd rather not.)  No cables included.  (In particular, I don't actually have any CX4 cables.)
