Beautiful item!  This is a handmade pillow covering only - no pillow insert included!  double sided hand crochet.  No holes, tears, stains or damage noted.  Open end for a pillow insert.  Measures 24 inch x 24 inch.  Kind of a square / round item.  Beautiful details and hand work though.  Nice soft cotton thread.  Square pattern in the center with a rosette on one side and the opposite side has a slighty different and simpler pattern - more of a swirl and no square.
