Back in the late 80s and early 90s, there were few toy grade RC road cars for kids as awesome as the beastly TYCO 9.6V Twin Turbo Lamborghini Countach!

However, even back then; toy grade plastic material was quite weak and brittle, and prone to breakage.  So, it wasn't long into the usage of the vehicle before some critical component would snap or crack, rendering it unusable.

The TYCO 9.6V Turbo series of RC vehicles were super popular to us kids back then and they still are today as well as quite valuable too!

This is an aftermarket direct fit, replacement transmitter/remote battery cover for the 9.6V TYCO Twin Turbo Lamborghini Countach. This is a direct replacement part that will replace the original battery cover, which is a commonly misplaced or broken piece.  This part is for the original Twin Turbo model Lambo remote ONLY; NOT for the later model single motor version and it also will NOT fit the Bandit remote either as they are different.
