IMPORTANT NOTE: 
This coin is a well preserved authentic piece of Straits Settlement(Malaysia) history, 125 years old. Given the low mintage and rarity of this coin I decided to have it certified by NGC. I was very pleased when they certified it as About Uncirculated(AU) details. I was surprised however when they also identified the coin had been cleaned sometime in the past. That is probably what gives the nice eye appeal to the coin. As certified and guaranteed the coin is 100% authentic.
