What you are bidding on is a 1845 Straits Settlement 1/2 Cent coin

with "WW" on truncation, actual limited mintage unknown


IMPORTANT NOTE: 
This coin is a well preserved authentic piece of Straits Settlement(Malaysia) history, 179 years old. Given the unusual nature and uniqueness of this coin, with the "WW" on truncation,  I decided to have it certified by NGC.   "WW" IS THE ENGRAVERS INITIALS. HIS NAME WAS WILLIAM WYON, chief engraver at the royal mint. I was very pleased when they certified it as About Uncirculated(AU) details. Nice dark Brown color. I was surprised however when they also identified the coin had been cleaned sometime in the past.  As certified and guaranteed the coin is 100% authentic.
