The State Industry Standard of the USSR ГОСТ 18137-73, introduced in 1973 . Date of manufacture 1973. Soviet Size 38-U Narrow with a Narrow bootleg and a high rise of the foot (У-УЗКИЕ). Lining - fabric!!! Very rare type shoe soles - "The Stalin type - herringbone". This type of footwear is suitable for reconstruction of military events of the Second World War. The sole of the boot is made at the "Ivanovo Production Complex of an artificial sole" (KIP) ("КИП"). During the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, KIP produced 61,000 tons of plantar rubber, of which 76 million pairs of army footwear were manufactured. In Soviet times, the plant annually produced products worth 45 million rubles. Condition - New A feature of these boots is wear resistance! The all part of the boot is made of natural coarse leather.
