Vintage Tootsie Toy Made in USA Green Metal Two Door Sedan Toy Car.

Great item as shown, hard r say if paintwork original due to wear but does have some green paint inside baseplate so may have been touched up previously? Axles have some surface rust and tyres have some wear. In the last picture it shows one of the arches, I am not sure of this Is a repair or wear to the paintwork?
