This converter converts DisplayPort digital signal to HDMI signal.
No external power supply needed. It supports high definition 720p and 1080p(full HD).
This adapter seamlessly connects a notebook, laptop or desktop with a DP output to a device with HDMI input such as a HD Monitor, HD Projector, HDTV with HDMI input port.
(A HDMI cable is required)

Please note: This is not bi-directional (does not work converting a HDMI input into a DisplayPort output)
