I try to ship packages out within 1 business day of cleared payment. Large orders or very fragile pieces may take a little longer. 
I use commercial grade boxes, peanuts, and bubble wrap for breakable items. 

Return Policy :

Returns are accepted for any reason. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.
Return shipping in most cases is paid by me.

Although all items are tested I CANNOT insure longevity or the proper function of something I am not capable of testing. 

Many times the instructions are missing on a lot of these items.

I try to take pictures from all angles of the item so unless otherwise noted WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.
