How To Order: When ordering please write your details for engraving in the notes to seller, in comments box when placing the order or send me another message with your text. Please check the spelling twice, make sure is correct, save the message you want engraved before paying.... then pay. We use copy and paste therefore we do not check the spelling.
In 90% of the cases, after engraving we send picture/s where you can see how your item looks like. The item will be sent via Royal Mail so please allowed 3-9 working days for the item to arrive in UK and 9-21 working days for other countries. Please be patient and wait for your item to arrive. If the item has been sent signed for and has not arrived after that period, please politely contact me. If the item has been bought free we cannot provide tracking number so please do not ask me to call the post office. If you need it within less than 5 days I strongly recommend you to buy it with "next day delivery". I this case I will prioritise your item for engraving.
