This amazing dress is brand new, but the tags have been pulled off. The sleeves have ricing bows and can be adjusted. There is also and elastic ruched detail on the dress. It falls at about knee length, and the them is angled. It’s so pretty and the red just looks so great! It has a back zipper. It is a Universal Standard size M, which is a size 18-20. The fabric has a tiny bit of stretch.
