Wow!  What a great estate find!  This one has amazing colors and is light weight enough to use year round!  No heavy fill but has a little weight to it -great coverlet for the foot of the bed or back of couch.  The colors are amazing!!!!!!!  Coral peach trim really sets it apart.  Backing has a paisley pattern and the colors coordinate very well with the block pattern.  So many soft colors of blues, creams, greens, coral and even a pop of black in here. This one really is nice.  I didn't find any major damage, discoloration .  One small tear was found on the backside - see last picture.   However, with an item of this age and handmade you should expect something (loose string or small pull area).  I just didn't find anything that was large and real major.  Item is striking!  Measures 69x85 inches laid out flat.  Again, no large stains noted.  The item seems to be an older quilt topper that was more recently finished out with the backing and edges and machine finished.  The trim is a coral - not a red in my opinion.  Pictures may show it more red.  The topper itself seems to be hand sewn but hard to tell - could have been done with a machine or a combination.  But the fabrics used appear to be older cotton fabrics for the topper.  Please review the pictures and ask any questions prior to purchase.  What you see is the item.
