For the shipping of smaller items, we use Australia Post. For the shipping of larger items, APD is our main choice of freight. We endeavour to ship most items within 24 hours, however sometimes larger items such as engines and transmissions may still be in the vehicles and will need to be removed. In these cases we endeavour to ship within 48 hours. For freight and postage quotes, please contact us with your suburb and postcode so as we can provide you with the most accurate quote. In the unfortunate event of lost or damaged items, Australia Post claims now need to be initiated by the shipping recipient, however claims when freight is through APD can be initiated by us.

 

Please contact AllMake Auto Wreckers in the event of any problems with purchases. Warranty and guarantees on all parts including engines, gearboxes, and differentials are null and void if the assembly has been dismantled in any way.

Period of warranty begins at time of purchase.If a part is to be returned, it must be in the same condition as it was sold in. The responsibility is on the customer to ensure they purchase the parts that are of the correct make, model, and body type for the car they are purchasing for. If a part is to be returned to us, the return postage costs are to be covered by the purchaser prior to the part being returned, including for any parts relating to warranty claims. In the event of an item being returned for store credit, a 20% handling and restocking fee will be charged. Refunds will not be given in the event of changes of mind or the wrong parts being purchased. Specially procured parts or cut body sections are not eligible for credit returns.

No warranty claims or returns will be accepted without proof of purchase in the form of this receipt/tax invoice or the official receipt number. Warranty terms are not transferrable.The limit of liability will not extend beyond the original item price and does not include postage costs.

All freight prices quoted reflect the cost of postage & packaging materials, as well as the time taken to correctly package the item& process the paperwork.
