Our items are delivered by Royal Mail,DPD or specialist courier (depending on package size)
Items will be delivered to the address received on the paypal payment only

DPD will text on the day of delivery with an approximate time slot for delivery. Please ensure we have a current mobile number to facilitate this.
All items are tested prior to despatch, however we understand that on occasion an item may need to be returned. Please follow the process below to ensure a seamless return process and to enable us to process your exchange or refund promptly
Please contact us via Ebay message to request a return authorisation number
For unwanted items, please post the item back to us at the return address provided by Ebay, a full refund will be issued once the item is received by our warehouse
For faulty items, a pre-paid return label will be issued once the fault has been established. A full refund will be issued once the item is received by our warehouse
