Mayan culture believes that by you, telling your worries to the dolls at night, before going to sleep, then placing them under your pillow, your worries will be gone in the morning.

Each set contains a brightly coloured woven bag with 6 Worry Dolls (doll size approx. 6cm), and a message of how to use the dolls. The message says the following,  'There is a story that when the Mayan people of Guatemala have worries, they tell them to the Worry Dolls and put them under their pillow at night. By morning the Worry Dolls have taken all the worries away'.

Due to the small parts of this product, it is not suitable for children under 5 years old.
