I have both Ramtron and Cypress Electronics branded FRAM IC's in stock.

The FRAM chips were purchased from Digi-key after Infineon purchased Cypress electronics (who had previously purchased Ramtron in 2015) so you can be sure they of a high quality manufacture.

Infineon therefor own all the IPs for Ramtron and Cypress electronics as well as their own Infineon brand. It is therefore still possible to purchase Ramtron & Cypress manufactured electronics today even though neither company exists as companies like Infineon will release old stock during times of chip shortages (like now for instance)

Digi-key are still selling Ramtron and Cypress electronic branded FRAM modules. These memory modules are guaranteed for over 150 years by the Manufacturer.
