Simply heat a sauce pan filled with 3 to 4 inches of water, once reach the boiling point, remove sauce pan from the heat source, place the mouth guard in for about 70 to 80 seconds by max. Carefully remove the mouth guard and cool it under tap water for 1 to 2 seconds. Use fingers to press edges of mouth guard into teeth and gums line through lips and cheeks for about 20 seconds. Remove it and place it under cold water for 30 seconds. This is good to go. This is good to be a part of any contact sports gear.
