Although the original sticker is missing, my research has confirmed that this lady head vase was made by Parma, Japan, Model AAI A-172. 

She has a bouffant flip hairdo with a butterfly in her hair. The butterfly perfectly compliments her green ruffled top. She wears a faux pearl necklace.

Measures approximately 5.5" in height; the base is 3 3/8" x 2 7/8".

There are a few tiny areas of paint loss/rubbing. A flea bite on the inside of the rim. Overall, very good condition for its age with no cracks or repairs.
