Designed to mount factory and aftermarket style steering stabilizers utilizing a 1/2" mounting bolt and has a 5/8" mounting hole.
Perfectly fit for Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-2018) Tie Rod, for Factory JK Tie Rod, for TJ/XJ/ZJ/MJ Drag Link. Replace part number: #4050-38
      
 
Features:
1) These are for steering stabilizers only and are not intended for use with the hydro assist. Some late model compatible with Jeep Wrangler JK (2011+) factory stabilizers will require the inner bushing sleeve to be drilled out to 1/2" for compatibility                         
2) Can be finished installation in a few minutes, it is very easy and simple. 100% bolt on components assures an easy, trouble free installation with the use of basic hand tools

INSTALLATION:

1.Verify correct location for the clamp on the tie rod by cycling the steering full lock both directions and extending and collapsing steering stabilizer.

2. Install tie rod clamp on the tie rod with the ½” mounting hole towards the steering stabilizer.

3. Attach the end of the steering stabilizer to the tie rod clamp using the provided ½” bolt with a washer on top (and bottom if necessary).

4. Install all 6 socket head bolts into bottom half of clamp.

5. Verify clamp and stabilizer are rotated into the correct position.

6. Torque the socket head bolts to 15 lb-ft.

7. Torque ½ inch mounting bolt to 50 lb-ft.

8. Cycle steering lock to lock to make sure there is no interference.

9. Check bolt torques after approximately 100 mile
