According to the principle of Brinell hardness test, PHB-1 hammer impact Brinell hardness tester applies test force by hammer impact, accurately controls test force by shear pins, uses reading microscope to read the diameter of round indentation on specimen after testing, gets accurate Brinell hardness value through conversion table.

1580kg test force, Ф7.26mm spherical indenter, F/D2=30. The test condition is equivalent to the commonly used 3000kg test force, Ф10mm ball condition.
