How Do I  Measure My Windows?

All of our curtains are listed and ordered at the flat size of the net / voile curtain. Therefore when you order you must allow for the desired fullness. With Net or Voile Curtains we usually recommend having 2.5 x your window width.  Depending on how much of the pattern you want to show and how much privacy you would like, you may wish to allow more, or less fullness.  

Returns are accepted under the standard eBay terms and conditions, this means all returns must be unused and in their original packaging and within 30 days of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on curtains that have been cut and customised. Should you wish to return your item to us for any reason, except if there is a fault in the item, the buyer is to pay the return postage. If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, then please do message us first so that we can work with you to get this resolved.
